RN Canada provides accounting, corporate tax, payroll, and fractional CFO advisory to Turkish-speaking business owners across Ontario — Toronto, Ottawa, Mississauga, Hamilton, Waterloo, and every other Ontario city — in Turkish and in English. Ontario sits alongside Alberta and British Columbia among the provinces we work in most, and the engagement runs online province-wide. The firm is led by Ozgur Duymaz, a native Turkish speaker who holds a Ph.D. in accounting and finance and is a CPA (Canada), ACCA (UK), and CMA (US). This page covers the province-wide picture: how an Ontario engagement works and what Ontario's 2026 tax rules mean for a business anywhere in the province, not just Toronto.
Ontario is more than Toronto
Toronto gets most of the attention, but RN Canada's Ontario clients are spread across the province: tech and professional-services founders in Ottawa, retail and trades businesses in Mississauga and Hamilton, and startups around Waterloo's tech corridor. The tax rules, filing deadlines, and registration thresholds on this page are the same wherever in Ontario you operate — HST, corporate tax, and the Employer Health Tax do not change city to city, only municipal-level items like Toronto's own taxes do (see our dedicated Toronto page for those). Wherever you are in Ontario, the value of working in Turkish is the same: you ask the precise question and understand exactly what is being filed, without a translation gap.
Ontario clients are served entirely online, and Ontario sits alongside Alberta and British Columbia among the provinces we work in most. There is no branch in the province — our offices are in Edmonton and Vancouver — and in practice that changes nothing about the work: books, HST, payroll, and corporate filings run on secure cloud accounting, and meetings happen by video wherever you would otherwise meet in person. This works the same in Ottawa as it does in a small town near Hamilton — the engagement does not depend on which Ontario city you are in.
Ontario's 2026 tax context, province-wide
Ontario's tax structure applies uniformly across the province, whether your business is in Toronto or Waterloo.
Sales tax. Ontario uses a single 13% HST in 2026 — the 5% federal and 8% provincial portions combined into one tax you charge and remit. You register once taxable revenue passes the $30,000 threshold, and we set up the registration and remittances for you regardless of which Ontario city you file from.
Corporate income tax. Ontario's provincial small-business rate is 3.2% in 2026, giving a 12.2% combined rate with the federal 9% on the first $500,000 of active business income. There is no separate provincial return — Ontario corporate tax is filed on the single federal T2, unlike Alberta's separate AT1.
Employer Health Tax. Ontario levies an Employer Health Tax (EHT), with eligible employers exempt on the first $1,000,000 of annual Ontario payroll. Rates rise to a top of 1.95% above that, and employers with over $5 million in Ontario payroll get no exemption.
WSIB. Most Ontario employers must register with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), which insures employees against workplace injury and occupational illness. We set up and maintain this registration as part of your payroll onboarding and explain the ongoing reporting in Turkish.
Incorporation. You can incorporate provincially in Ontario or federally, depending on whether you plan to operate only within the province or across Canada. We walk through the trade-offs in Turkish and handle the paperwork and follow-on registrations either way.
What RN Canada does for Ontario businesses
We cover the full finance stack for Ontario businesses, wherever in the province you operate:

- Tax return preparation — federal T2 corporate returns and personal T1s, prepared and explained in Turkish. See tax return preparation.
- Part-time / fractional CFO — forecasting, financing readiness, and board-level reporting without a full-time hire. See part-time CFO & management accountant.
Work with us in Turkish or English
Whether your business is registered in Toronto, Ottawa, Mississauga, Hamilton, or Waterloo, meetings and explanations can run in Turkish, English, or both — you decide how Ontario's HST, EHT, WSIB, and T2 rules get explained, and the underlying work stays to the same Canadian standard regardless of the language spoken.
How we work with Ontario clients
We work across Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia as well as the rest of Canada. Our head office is in Edmonton (10804 181 St NW #201, T5S 1K4) and we also have an office in Vancouver. There is no Ontario branch, and we do not pretend otherwise — the remote engagement is complete and secure regardless of which Ontario city you operate from. For other regions see Turkish accountant in Canada, Turkish accountant in Alberta, Turkish accountant in British Columbia, and our dedicated Turkish accountant in Toronto page for Toronto-specific municipal context.

Frequently asked questions
Do you serve Turkish-speaking business owners across Ontario, not just Toronto? Yes. RN Canada works with Ontario clients province-wide — Toronto, Ottawa, Mississauga, Hamilton, Waterloo, and everywhere else in the province — through the same remote engagement. Founder Ozgur Duymaz is a native Turkish speaker, and bookkeeping, HST, payroll, WSIB, and corporate tax filings are all handled and explained in Turkish.
Do you have an office anywhere in Ontario? We serve Ontario businesses province-wide, and the engagement runs fully online through secure cloud accounting and video meetings. How does incorporation work for an Ontario business? You can incorporate provincially in Ontario or federally, depending on whether you plan to operate only in Ontario or across Canada. Either way you register for HST once taxable revenue passes $30,000, and Ontario corporate income is filed on the single federal T2 return — there is no separate provincial return like Alberta's AT1. We handle the incorporation paperwork and the registrations that follow it.
What is Ontario's Employer Health Tax and does it apply to a small Ontario business? The Employer Health Tax (EHT) is a payroll tax most small Ontario employers never actually pay: eligible employers are exempt on the first $1,000,000 of annual Ontario payroll, with rates rising to a top of 1.95% above that, and employers over $5 million in payroll get no exemption at all. We register you and calculate the exemption correctly from your first hire.
Can we work with you in Turkish for a business in Ottawa, Mississauga, or Hamilton? Yes. The Turkish-language engagement is not limited to Toronto — founder Ozgur Duymaz works with Ontario business owners in Ottawa, Mississauga, Hamilton, Waterloo, and every other Ontario city the same way, remotely and in Turkish, English, or both. Ontario's HST, EHT, WSIB, and T2 rules apply the same regardless of which city you operate from.
