Turkish Accountant in Canada | RN Canada

RN Canada provides accounting, corporate tax, payroll, and fractional CFO advisory to Turkish-Canadian business owners across Canada — in Turkish and in English. The firm is led by Ozgur Duymaz, a native Turkish speaker who holds a Ph.D. in accounting and finance and is a CPA (Canada), ACCA (UK), and CMA (US). If you run an incorporated business and would rather discuss your numbers, your CRA obligations, and your growth decisions in your own language, this page explains how we work.

Accounting in Turkish, wherever you are in Canada

Many Turkish founders in Canada are comfortable in English day to day but lose precision the moment the conversation turns to corporate tax, dividends, GST/HST, or CRA notices. Working with an accountant who speaks Turkish removes that friction: you can ask the awkward question, understand exactly what you are signing, and make decisions with full information rather than a rough translation.

We serve clients in every province remotely through secure cloud accounting and video meetings, with physical offices in Edmonton and Vancouver. Where you are based does not change the service — a Turkish business owner in Toronto works with us the same way one in Calgary or Vancouver does.

What RN Canada does for Turkish-Canadian owners

We cover the full finance stack, so you can engage us for one piece or all of it:

  • Bookkeeping and payroll — month-end books, GST/HST, and payroll run on cloud accounting. See bookkeeping & payroll.
  • Tax return preparation — federal T2 corporate returns, provincial filings, and personal T1 returns, prepared and explained in Turkish. See tax return preparation.
  • Part-time / fractional CFO — forecasting, financing readiness, and board-level reporting without a full-time hire. See part-time CFO & management accountant.

Canada's 2026 tax context

A Canadian corporation pays the federal small-business rate of 9% on the first $500,000 of active business income and 15% above that, plus a provincial corporate rate. The federal GST is 5%; some provinces add a separate PST, and others fold it into a single HST. On personal income, the capital gains inclusion rate is 50%.

The province you operate in changes the total meaningfully. Alberta has no PST and the lowest combined corporate rates; British Columbia charges 7% PST and an Employer Health Tax; Ontario applies 13% HST and its own Employer Health Tax. We match the exact combined figures to your situation — see our province and city pages for Turkish accountant in Alberta, Turkish accountant in British Columbia, Turkish accountant in Vancouver, and Turkish accountant in Toronto.

Work with us in Turkish or English

You do not have to choose between working in your own language and having clean, English-standard books. Engagements with RN Canada can run in Turkish, English, or both — you decide how you want to talk through your numbers, your dividends, and your CRA correspondence, and we adapt to that.

Whichever language we speak in, the underlying work is identical: your bookkeeping, GST/HST, payroll, and corporate filings are prepared to Canadian standards on mainstream cloud accounting, so your records are ready for the CRA, your bank, or a future investor without translation. The benefit of a Turkish-speaking accountant is simply that nothing gets lost between what you mean and what gets filed.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide accounting services in Turkish? Yes. RN Canada is led by Ozgur Duymaz, a native Turkish speaker, so you can handle bookkeeping, corporate tax, payroll, and CFO-level advisory entirely in Turkish or in English. Documents, meetings, and CRA correspondence can all be explained in Turkish, which removes the translation guesswork many Turkish-Canadian owners deal with.

Can you work with a Turkish business owner anywhere in Canada? Yes. We serve clients across every province remotely through secure cloud accounting and video meetings, with physical offices in Edmonton and Vancouver. Whether you are in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, or Ottawa, engagements run the same way — nothing about the service depends on you being in the same city.

Can you help a Turkish citizen incorporate a company in Canada? Yes. We advise newcomers and non-resident Turkish founders on choosing federal or provincial incorporation, setting up the corporation, registering for GST/HST and payroll, and structuring salary versus dividends. We explain each step in Turkish so the CRA and provincial requirements are clear before you commit.

What taxes does a Canadian corporation pay in 2026? Every Canadian corporation files a federal T2 return and pays the federal small-business rate of 9% on the first $500,000 of active business income and 15% above it, plus a provincial corporate rate that varies by province. Federal GST is 5%; some provinces add PST or charge HST instead. We map the exact combined rates to wherever your business operates.

Can we work with you in Turkish? Yes. Founder Ozgur Duymaz is a native Turkish speaker, so meetings, document reviews, and explanations of your CRA obligations can run in Turkish, English, or a mix of both. The accounting systems and filings are handled the same way regardless of the language you prefer to talk in — you simply lose the translation gap that often creeps into tax conversations.
