Management Accounting

Management accounting produces the internal financial information owners and managers use to run a business day to day: budgets, cash-flow forecasts, costing, margin analysis and performance reporting. Unlike statutory reporting, it is forward-looking and decision-focused. It is the core of fractional CFO work, turning raw numbers into the insight that guides pricing, hiring and growth.
